PP3040W Large-Format L-Bar Sealer – Maximum Capacity for High-Volume Shrink Packaging

The PP3040W is our largest stand-alone L-bar sealer, featuring an expansive 30" x 40" sealing area designed to handle oversized products as easily as smaller items. Built for high-demand environments, this heavy-duty unit is engineered to package thousands of products per day. Its torsion-assisted seal bar ensures smooth, effortless operation with every cycle.

Each PP3040W is equipped with a durable nichrome wire seal blade, delivering strong, consistent seals and simple, low-cost replacement when needed. A powered discharge conveyor sits directly beneath the sealing area, automatically moving sealed products into a shrink tunnel or collection bin once each cycle is complete.

For enhanced throughput and system efficiency, the PP3040W pairs seamlessly with any of our shrink tunnels—creating a powerful, large-format shrink-wrapping solution for demanding production lines.
