Return Policy

At Packaging Made Easy, we stand behind what we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 30 days of the order date, as long as they are unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of your order date

  • Products must be unused, in new/resalable condition

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Returns must be authorized before shipping (see below)

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Standard Orders

  • The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs

  • A restocking fee of up to 15% of the order subtotal may apply, depending on the condition of the item(s) upon return

Pallet Orders / Freight Shipments

  • The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges for returns

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% of the order subtotal may apply

Machines & Manufacturer Warranties

Many machines include manufacturer warranties. If your item is covered, we may direct you to the manufacturer for warranty service or support.

How to Start a Return

Before returning any product, please contact our Customer Service team for authorization and instructions:

A customer service representative will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct warehouse return address

  • Any manufacturer warranty guidance (if applicable)

Shipping Instructions

Shipping Within the U.S.

Returned items must be shipped prepaid using:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • U.S. Mail

Please note: We do not accept COD shipments or courier deliveries.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

All international returns must be shipped:

  • Prepaid

  • Insured

  • Ground shipping recommended

To avoid delays, clearly mark the outside of the package with:
“U.S. Goods Returning”

If you are requesting an exchange, please include sufficient payment for return shipping. Where applicable, contact your local customs office regarding any return-related duties or taxes.


Refunds

Refunds are issued after all returned products are:

  1. Received

  2. Inspected

  3. Approved as eligible for return

Please allow 2–4 business days for refund processing once inspection is completed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.


Important Note

Our processing center cannot accept returns in person. Returns must be mailed to the warehouse location provided by a Customer Service representative.
