Shipping Policy

At Packaging Made Easy, we work hard to ship orders quickly, accurately, and safely. Below is everything you need to know about shipping methods, timelines, freight deliveries, and tracking.


Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time may be longer for:

  • Pallet/freight shipments

  • Custom or special-order items

  • High-volume orders

  • Items shipping directly from a manufacturer

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • U.S. Mail

  • LTL Freight carriers for pallet shipments

Shipping method selection is based on:

  • Package size/weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Freight requirements

  • Carrier availability


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted by our team for larger shipments.

Certain products and locations may require additional shipping fees due to:

  • Oversize or heavy items

  • Freight delivery requirements

  • Residential or limited-access delivery locations

  • Liftgate requirements

  • Remote or rural delivery areas


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.

Typical estimates:

  • Small parcel shipments: 1–5 business days after shipment

  • Freight (pallet) shipments: 3–10 business days after shipment

These are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you select a guaranteed shipping service.


Freight / Pallet Delivery (Important)

Freight shipments are typically delivered curbside. Please review the following:

Delivery Requirements

You must ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive delivery during business hours

  • The delivery location can accommodate a freight truck

  • You have the equipment needed to unload (unless liftgate service is added)

Liftgate Service

If you do not have a forklift or dock, you may need liftgate delivery. Liftgate service is available at an additional cost and must be requested before shipment.

Residential & Limited Access Locations

Freight deliveries to residential addresses and limited-access locations (schools, churches, construction sites, etc.) may incur additional fees.


Inspecting Your Shipment

All shipments should be inspected upon delivery.

If Package Damage is Visible

  • Note damage clearly on the carrier delivery receipt before signing

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging

  • Contact us immediately

If Damage is Found After Delivery

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Carrier claims may be denied if damage isn’t reported promptly.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Packaging Made Easy is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect address details

  • Returned shipments due to wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier rerouting fees or reshipment charges

If you need to update an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.


Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you. Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Ship available items first

  • Ship the full order once everything is ready

  • Offer substitutions or alternatives


International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on the product and destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Customs clearance requirements

  • Any carrier fees related to international delivery

International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
