PP2028MK Heavy-Duty L-Bar Sealer – Large Format, High Output, Built for Daily Production

The PP2028MK is the next step up from our PP1622MK, offering a generous 20" x 28" sealing area designed to handle both large and small products with ease. Engineered for demanding environments, this heavy-duty L-bar sealer is built to package thousands of products per day. Its robust torsion-assist seal bar makes lifting and closing smooth and effortless for operators.

Featuring advanced Micro Knife Technology, the PP2028MK delivers stronger, cleaner, and longer-lasting seals—capable of tens of thousands of cycles with proper maintenance. A powered discharge conveyor sits directly beneath the sealing area, automatically transferring products into a shrink tunnel or outfeed bin as soon as the seal is complete.

For maximum throughput, the PP2028MK pairs seamlessly with any Preferred Packaging shrink tunnel, creating an efficient, production-ready shrink-wrapping system.
