INT-20 Fully Automatic Side Seal System – High Speed, Intelligent Automation, Seamless Changeovers

The INT-20 delivers next-level efficiency with its advanced APA (Automatic Product Adjustment) technology. Once a package size is stored, a single button press automatically positions the infeed conveyor and inverting triangle in under 15 seconds—eliminating manual adjustments and maximizing uptime.

A Teflon-coated rotary wheel side seal produces clean, consistent seals immediately after the end seal, supporting speeds of up to 40 packages per minute. The INT-20 accommodates packages up to 20" wide, 4" in minimum length, and 8" in height, and is fully compatible with all polyolefin films, with an optional polyethylene sealing system for expanded applications. (For items longer than 4 ft., an additional exit conveyor is recommended.)

Operators benefit from a 7" color touchscreen powered by a Delta PLC with 12-program memory, plus standard features like a center seal, pinwheel perforator, and locking casters for easy mobility.
