INT-20 Side Seal Shrink System – Fast, Smart, and Fully Automatic with APA Technology
The INT-20 takes productivity to another level with its advanced APA (Automatic Product Adjustment) system. Once a package size is saved, the operator simply presses a button and the machine automatically adjusts the infeed conveyor and inverting triangle to the correct position—all in under 15 seconds. No manual tweaks, no wasted time.
A Teflon-coated rotary wheel side seal works seamlessly after the end seal, delivering clean, professional seals at speeds up to 40 packages per minute. The INT-20 handles a maximum package width of 20", a minimum package length of 4", and a maximum height of 8". It’s optimized for all polyolefin shrink films, with an optional polyethylene seal system available for added versatility. (For products over 4 ft., an additional exit conveyor is recommended.)
Operators get full control through a 7" color touchscreen with Delta PLC, featuring 12-program memory, center seal standard, pinwheel perforator, and smooth mobility on locking casters.
